1997 lx tbird 2v-3v swap

I have a 97 lx tbird with a weak 2v and a crashed 2007 mustang gt with a 3v I’ve heard the swap is possible but there’s a couple things I’m not sure about. If anyone has any knowledge with doing something like this and is willing to let me bounce a couple questions off of them I would greatly appreciate it
