front end kit bolted on. wound up changing driver fender with ford tooling. fit is good but not as good as the orrigional fender.passenger was a perfect fit

drivers quarter now in place ,starting to look like a fast back

67 door structure was measured and measured and measured again when i was satisfied i welded it in place ,i have a 65 fastback for measurements

the rear roof brace is now welded in place and so is the lower rear window area several hours spent in this area measureing and re measuring as the tail panel and quarters and trunk lid were fit all at the same time.got word that jim smart may want to do an article on this conversion for mustangs monthly magazine

other than light sanding on the mounting edge it was a very good fit

the front suspension is from Aero Form very nice kit ,though the lower shock mounts were missing.an email and they were on there way

this sweet litle convert is actually a coupe i had a wrecked convert that i transferd all the convert structure from

had to make the front and back of the vent opening as the new quarters do not come with them

bought 5 of the 69 shelby wheels ,one will mount on the package tray inside the car with 245 -60 15 BFGs

drivers side fender has a slight rise at the top peak about 1/16 ' above the headlight bucket other than that the fit is great. the ford tooling fender is slightly different then the origional one
