Wheels-Tires Can I Lower My New Edge With 235 Tires Out Front?

So i have a 2000 V6 and i would like to lower her just in the front about an inch or so since I have a 4 inch wheel gap because i dropped tire size from 215/55 tp 235/45. I was wondering if i lowered it will i be rubbing my tire or will i not be able to turn my wheel all the way etc. I only really want to lower the front because i love the rake look of old mustangs so im going to leave the rear stock. Also i droped my rear tire size from 215/55 to 245/45 which is about 1/4 of an inch i was wondering how much will this affect my speedo is it enought to where i will need to re calibrate my speedo? All help is appreciated thanks.

If you're on the stock offset wheels, or at least the correct offset, you can SLAM the car on 235s.
