Can I install my engine+T5+BBK long tubes all together at once? Or do I need to remove the LT's? Stock K
Yes. I've done it. Takes patience though. It also helps to have one person to push the engine hoist while one is under jacking the trans up. It helps also to leave the front tires on the ground and put the rear on jackstands. I got that method from an old pic of Shelby's shop in the 60's. Makes it a lot easier.

They say.... If you sit ... In Silence long Enough- You can actually Hear a Chevy Rust......... Lol

You might be hearing my car rust if I don't get back on it!! Hopefully today I'll make some more progress. I just need to install my new clockwise rotational WP, lower intake, see if my RR's clear my stock valve covers and paint the block. Hopefully all will be done this weekend.

Never heard of that but it seems legit. Will definitely give that a shot next time she gets a transplant.

Sooo, a little progress update.

Got my FRPP roller lifters installed, TFS 6.3" pushrods and Scorpion 1.6 RR's installed. The RR's hit the valve covers so I'll be ordering some new ones after I get the engine installed.

I got the lower intake manifold installed successfully the second time. First time I forgot to add extra sealant to the 4 corners where the heads meet the block. First install was with the Felpro MS93334 and I wasn't too happy about the intake ports being smaller than the ones on my heads. The second time around I went with the Felpro #1250 and the pic below shows the intake ports are perfectly sized for aftermarket heads.

I picked up a brand new FRPP clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, throw out bearing, pilot bearing, bearing retainer and hardware kit for $200 from a guy on craigslist.

Now I have all that installed including the bell housing. Picked up a load leveler to make install much easier since I'll likely being doing it solo. I also have my clockwise (standard) rotation water pump on the engine but only finger tight at the moment. I still need to modify the WP pulley to get it to bolt up. I'll do that after motor is in. I have to work overtime this weekend but I don't see why I shouldn't have this baby loosely installed in the Coupe by the end of the weekend!!

My Harbor Freight 2 ton engine hoist and 2 ton load leveler worked like a charm! Worth every penny (about $200 for both). Got to say the wheel carts helped a lot with installing the engine & trans. Instead of moving the hoist with a swinging engine/trans in the air I maneuvered the Mustang back and forth to get everything aligned. Happy!

Tough to see exactly what it looks like in there, but I can recall that on the pass. side I tucked that high-sitting corner of the brakelines downward to also reside underneath the pinchweld. That helped to keep it tight, and thusly hold the main harness back and out of the way. I would expect each car to be a little different as far as slack and room goes, but that ought to work.

Did you leave the TAB/TAD solenoids on the passenger side inside the engine bay? Or did you hide them in the wheel well? Even with cutting back the harness I don't have enough length to hide them. Kinda sucks and I don't want to extend wires.

I left mine in place, but I also made a little polished cover box for that corner to conceal random crap that didn't get moved. I ended up liking the look since it added some more shiny stuff, and that thing stands out a little more than if it weren't there and it looked like others. Since I pretty much just show my car, things like that are helpful.

I wouldn't worry about lengthening those types of lines though; I lengthened a bunch of mine on the main harness when I did it. I'm sure I could have gotten away w/o doing so, but that's the way it went
