Fox Some Of Yall Made The "ugliest List"

I thought the Mirada was Dodge's version of the Futura with a cool nose. I have only seen a few, and two were praised possessions.

Too bad so many of the cars of the time were poorly made and rusted on the showroom floor.

Slightly OT.
Since I'm a product of the 80's a lot of the cars from that era are on my want list. While they may not pertain to the "ugly list" I don't think they were big sellers in their day because they weren't "in vogue" with new car buyers of the time. One such car is the Dodge Mirada,a car that's always on my radar but rarely seen today. That brings up another point, what I like to see driving down the roads isn't a 60's Mustang or Camaro but rather something you just NEVER see, those are the cars I find interesting. This is one reason I find 4 eye Foxes so appealing,I could own the only one within 30 square miles,a matter of fact I've only seen one other in the past 5 years driving down the road.
When was the last time you saw one of these on the road or at a car show/cruise night?
Have I lost my mind??????

I've never heard of a Dodge Mirada. That being said, though I am not a product of the '80s, I do love '80s cars. I had an '86 GT that was great. I've always wanted a nice old box Caprice or Crown Vic as a daily. I like the combination of rear wheel drive, a nice riding suspension, a cavernous trunk and a V8.

What I'd also like to find is a nice condition mid/late 80's Escort GT,if one could ever find one.Speaking of Escort GT's,my buddies mom owned a 5 speed when we were in high school. She always wondered why her tires were only lasting one year:)......we beat the snot out of that thing.
