New 18" Black Chrome Saleens And Lowering Springs For The Notch

Just got er back on the road. Installed new t5z, aluminum driveshaft, 18x9 black chrome Saleen replicas, caster camber kit and Ford B Springs. Got the wheels for a steal from American Muscle for $149ea.

Pretty happy with the stance and ride of the B springs. Car is a bit dirty but I have to show it off before I get the motivation to clean it up properly.

Rear is no issue, front is a different story, lol. Tiny bit of rub at full lock when braking and if you have 2 in the car it'll rub ever so slightly if you hit a bump too fast.. but normal driving it's mostly ok.

Cool. Yeah mine rub at full lock also (rim on the A arm). I want to go 18x9's or 18x10's to get more rubber under the car eventually because the 245/45/17's aren't cutting it.

Looks good! What size rubber are you running? 94/95 spindles I assume?

245/40/18 all around with the 5 bolt conversion kit from american muscle.

Ended up having to use spacers in the front which I wasn't pleased about. I think I can get away with a little more rubber in the back next time around... I don't want to get involved in removing quad shocks or anything like that though

My son just saw this pic and asked what the color was.. "WOW! That's really pretty dad! What color is that?" I told him I thought it was deep emerald green...?
