Low Rough Idle, Hesitation And Backfiring

Hello all

I have a 92 GT that I'm having some issues with. First off the idle is low and rough. It has hesitation when under a load which comes with a backfire. I've checked fuel pump, mass air meter, fuel relays, throttle position sensor, Idle air control, timing, swapped dist., changed the coil, and etc. with no solution.
The car has a stoked 302 with all forged internals, svo heads, bbk upper and lower with 75mm throttle body, c&l mass air meter, 24 # injectors. If you need more info please ask I just really need help with this. I've never came across this kind of an issue

Maybe no one else has seen it. This should be posted under Fox Mustang tech, where they will ask you to check what the codes are and to see @jrichker 's post on troubleshooting surging idle checklist and to do it in order without skipping steps. Good luck!
