Need Help!!! Motor Won't Stop Burning Oil!!!

Hi I hate to create an account just to probe for help but I'm really out of options at this point...
My build is as follows:
03 Gt Mustang
New rebuilt shortblock bored over .40 with new rings, pistons, resurfaced crank, re-decked, and cleaned (only about 65 miles on it this current build with block)
Ford racing high volume oil pump with new pickup line
Moroso 8qt oil pan
Ford Racing head gasket kit with new head bolts
Brand newTrick flow 38cc top end kit, with trick flow cams, lifters, rocker arms (springs and valve seals "supposedly assemblied from factory)
24Ib Ford racing fuel injectors
BBK long tube catless headers
Basani X pipe
Flowmaster mufflers (not really sure which ones came with the car)
BBK cold air intake
BBK 75mm throttle body
Brand new ford racing timing set (chains, guides, tensioners, crank sprokets, cam sprokets)
Trick flow valve covers (set up with pcv and breather on drivers side, it is operating right)
Sultan of spark coil packs
Brand new Stock motorcraft sparkplugs
Edelbrock water pump
Misomoto racing thermostat

There is more but I don't think the other stuff is too important at the moment
The problem I can't seem to pin point is that this motor refuses the stop burning oil!!! The motor was professionally assembled and everything had a look over twice. We dropped it in yesterday and it fired up first crank like it never left the car. I ran some 10w 40 conventional oil through it and gave it a couple revs for the first 30mins and nothing seemed off. After that we killed the motor and let it sit for a few to cool off... On the next crank it started pouring blue and white smoke out of the exhaust, it was so bad I couldn't see anything. The whole time the motor was doing this it never lost oil pressure or got hot. It eventually quit smoking as bad so we thought "what the hell? lets take it for a spin" Driving down the road it ran fine, same as before no loss of oil pressure and no raise in temperature, but it continued to burn oil I'm assuming due to the cloud of blue smoke behind us. We got back pulled all the plugs and two appeared to have gotten oil on the threads of the plugs. We ran a compression test on each of the cylinders and came up with 210 all the way across. I'm by no means a master mechanic but that's pretty good even numbers for a compression test. We then checked the pcv setup and found no traces of oil or any blowby in the covers. I'm seriously at a loss at this point as to why this motor is continuing to burn oil or produce blue smoke out of the exhaust. Could it be bad valve seals? Or am I mistaken when I say that I believe the rings are still good due to the compression test? My last ditch effort is to try a leak down test and see if Trick Flow sent me a bad head. Any help or past experience would be greatly appreciated guys Thanks So Much!!!

Rings need time to seat. Give it 500 miles or so and see what it does then. What size cams? Check my mods below... I run 20W50 or 50W in my car. I get some blow by due to compression but otherwise it's all good.
 
Its the cam that came with the top end kit, I'm assuming a stage 1 or 2 nothing to aggressive. Is it common for a motor to have that much blue smoke comming out of the exhaust like that even if the rings are not fully seated yet? I've rebuilt a couple motors now and this is the first time I have ever seen that much smoke coming out. Do you think any of the modifications I have could cause it to take longer for them to seat or cause it to smoke this bad on fresh block?
 
It's bored .40 over? My knowledge was the most you could bore these blocks was .30. I could be wrong but anyway, yeah, I've seen quite a bit of smoke from a new engine that has had some honing on the heads.

Moving to Tech for some brilliant minds...
 
I have built several combos myself back when I had my fox, now granted this was a push rod 302 with forged pistons if the machining was done well the Rings would seat sitting on the engine stand. They should seat on first run of the engine. I never saw any smoke or oil noticed huge amounts of oil being used.

This, however, could not be the case with the 4.6l modular engines.
 
Fixed the problem! Apparently with trick flow valve covers you have to set EACH side up as breathers. The motor was pulling oil from the passenger side valve cover into the throttle body and burning it off. Now I got a bad oil leak on my timing cover... Easy fix though! thanks for all the input!
