so you are losing water it is not leaking external, and your radiator is bubbling?

You can rent a coolant pressure tester for free. Is there any water coming out the tailpipe or is it all going into the pan. You sure it isnt going down the back of the bellhousing.

Did you check the intake mating surface to make sure it wasn't warped. Only other thing it could be are a cracked head, block, or HG .

really?....how did you find out?
I had a whole series of events happen that made me suspect it (root cause a heater hose that blew up at the track, and limping it about 5-10 miles to get to parts store to get a new one ), and confirmed it almost as soon as i pulled the cover. Also lost coolant really fast, but no rad pressure and the motor ran fine.

no external leak, every head gasket i seen had white smoke and rad bubbling like crazy, mine just disapears?.....i saw a bubble or 2 from overflow, its a aftermarket small crome one and i can see right into it,you would think it would fill as it warms up but each time it bubbled it got less and less from the overflow tube, then when it cooles down the rad needs more coolant??....but rad pressure dosnt blow out or anything?????.....ahhhhhh!....lol

dont look in the overflow.. take the cap off and look in the radiator

ya i looked there first....idled it a few times for quite a while,no visable bubbles looking through rad cap, just the same kinda bubbles or 2 with the spill free funnel?...but its as if its leaking into block only not pressure coming out?....if you know what i mean?...thats about all i can tell?

could the head gasket blow internaly between or around the pistons and not loose compression maybe?

Is it overheating by chance when you drive it? Were you having any cooling problems before all this started?
it never over heated before, but it ran as hot as 210 in the heat?.....it does run hoter than i like, runs 180-195 when its not blazing out,but in the heat 190-200ish?....,when im in traffic on a real hot day is when i get the 210ish?...i have all the cooling upgrades also, tuner says my car was running hot at 180!?....so if you think thats hot than yes?

Well then it's possible you don't have a true surface that isn't sealing properly but like the other guys have mentioned too it could be a crack in heads or block. A leak inside the timing cover would be awesome to find at this point. The lower half of where timing cover goes around the water jacket could be leaking down into your old pan and you won't see it until you take the pump and cover off. Worth a look.

i ran a straight edge on the heads and intake it seemed good,i have the intake off again as we speek(working on it in between paint jobs).....im gona take the heads off first,i want to put a thicker gasket in anyway,i dont care what it is at this point,i just dont want a cracked block!....so im hoping i find a leaking head gasket in between the oil and water jackets!....not a crack!!
