Engine 'set Cam Position Sensor?'

Thinking of buying this 2001 for a winter car so I don't have to drive my other girls but I don't understand the ad. As far as I know there is nothing to adjust when replacing the cam position sensor. You just swap out the new one with the old. Guy only wants $500 for it.

needs cam positioning sensor set . If i make it over to fix myself ill be asking more $$. you can damn near scrap it for what im asking. It runs and drives vibrates violently I changed the thermostat and remove the cam positioning sensor while flushing the coolant system when I put it back and put it back wrong that's Didn't have tool now this is firm don't ask no text
