Tied all my harnesses for the radio and the other stuff out of the way as best as possible . Pms can be moved and the road is clear . Gotta clean up the radio harness some before this hoes back together

I know you are replacing it with a different setup, but how did you like the pms?
Loved it ! The problem is my main harness in the car and I am just not gonna do all the work to replace it and not have it be new or better . I drove the car on multiple 300 mile round trip cruises right after it was tuned with no issue . 60lb injectors etc in traffic stop and go no issue with it

Fast will be here Monday . Found the crossover for the 253 dollar 02 sensor for it for 83 bucks . Had a guy in the Facebook group sell me the tfi harness for it for 20 bucks vs the 73 new . Now I just have to order the main and injector harness with the sensors and data cable and I am ready to go

Awesome man. You're really going to like the standalone. I'm sure your car ran fine with the PMS, but I think you'll find that it will idle and drive even better with the Fast! I'm amazed at how well mannered mine is with the 95lb injectors. The stock computer probably would have exploded trying to get the car to idle like the Holley does. Lol

That's what I am thinking . The Holley was a contender until I got the deal on the fast that I found . I'm itching to do a race pack but I have all my mechanical gauges and stuff I am gonna leave that alone and keep it simple

Ps I feel so lost . My car is sitting in my buddy's garage to get the connectors . I don't think I've ever left it anywhere to have anything done

I felt the same way when I dropped my shell off for paint. I'm also dropping my car off at the tuner Thursday night so he can do some roll cage work during the day Friday. I'm going to feel like a parent that dropped their kid off at school for the first time. Lol

What exactly is "roll cage work"? I didn't know there was a drain plug on those things.

Door bar work, technically. I cut out the door bars and I'm having them bent and re-welded to make getting in and out of the car a little easier. I'm already sick of climbing over the bar to get out of the car. That whole "I'll deal with the door bars, they don't bother me" phase barely lasted a year.

Jeff, what were you saying about injectors? Oh... you needed those 160's that I have laying around and you grew a set big enough to bolt on the XB105??:stick:

And FWIW, injector size with the standalone is never going to be an issue so you might as well get the Moran 235's :stir::win:
