I was under the hood last night checking oil and noticed a bunch of liquid all over the front of the lower intake and down around the distributor. I smelled it...its gas! Found the line going across the front from fuel rail to fuel rail is cracked by the fitting where it connects to the rail. (Its the rubber line) is it hard to replace this? Doesnt seem like it would be. If not, does anyone know the size and if I can buy regular line and it work? Thank you

I assume you are referring to the rubber line that connects the fuel rails together?

You can repair/replace the hose with this and some good hose clamps

The lines on the rail cross over seem to be different then the nylon lines listed above. Granted, they may be nylon inside, but they appear to have anot her exterior covering on them

FYI, I had to replace a nylon fuel line from the hard lines to the rails last year. I sourced it from a local autoparts store. You need to boil a pot of water, then place the last inch or so of the line in the water and let it get soft. You can then push it over the barbs. I used a hair dryer to keep it pliable while I worked the hose over the barbs. This has held nicely and looks factory too.

Good luck.
