Yes. Mine sits about 3/8 of an inch lower on driver side. Have replaced springs. Isolators, LCA's for unrelated reasons.

Was sitting full inch lower on rear driver side before replacing the above. Haven't dug into it yet.

you probably didnt orient the spring ends in the proper location. The year bottom end of the springs should both be pointing towards the driver side.Also.a lot of time if the front end suspension is worn or off it will translate into the rear end being off one side Also, how and when did you torque down the rear control armss. If they have poly bushing you need to torque them down with the weight of car on the wheels or the arms will bind and can lead to a lean. If after making sure the ends are both in the proper location the car still is off to one side, you may need to rotate one spring on the side that is higher until it evens out. Lastly, these are 30 year old unibody cars- the frame could be tweaked.

I think it's a common issue on these cars. I once owned a '87 convertible. The drivers side rear sat 1/2" lower than the passenger side. I swapped springs and shocks. I also replaced the rear control arms. It didn't change. It seemed that the car was slightly twisted.
I have a good friend right now that owns a beautiful, low mile, mint '89 Saleen coupe. His has this same issue.
Funny we were just standing and looking at it this morning contemplating on what to do to try and fix it.

if th eframe is tweaked,, coilovers up front and then weight jackers in the rear . measure the ride height at each wheel.. sometime getting it within a 1/4 to 1.2" is the best you can get

Question. Mine has this issue as well but I have a set of SFCs that I want to install. Could the car be squared up then these welded? Or would this cause another alignment issue?

def get the car squared and ride height where you need it to be prior to the SFC or you will end up welding and locking it in tweaked. Make sure they have the car on the wheels and not suspended. when they weld them in.

You'd want to take your car to an autobody shop and have them put it on the rack so they can check out if the "frame" is square. If they have to pull on your car to square it up then an alignment is likely needed.
