My 65 manual steering convertible steers fine when you first pull it out of the garage. Drive it 15 miles and the steering gets so stiff I can barely turn the car. Put it back in the garage overnight and the next day the process repeats itself..... starts out fine and stiffens up after 20 minutes of driving.

I have replaced every single front suspension and steering part: A arms, ball Joints, steering box, pitman arm, idler arm, center link, shocks, tie rod.....all with Moog parts plus had the car aligned.

I'm at a loss, any ideas, thoughts or discussion would be greatly appreciated.

That's a good one. The only thing I can come up with is if you have headers maybe they are heating up part of something in your steering. What happens if your let it sit for say two hours and drive it again? Im thinking its temperature related?
