Post pics of how your foxbody currently sits

That's me, another New Yorker haha. Your shop is amazing, I followed most of the build of your son's car. I wish I had that when I was his age!

Same with me, my uncle bought a black LX hatch brand new in '88, and when i saw this one on craigslist I knew I had to have it.

Thanks man! It has a few small paint issues, but nothing major. It still scares the imports haha

Here's my progress thread if anyone is interested: http://www.stangnet.com/mustang-forums/threads/matts-93-lx.890917/
Man don't talk bad about your car. That thing looks great! Can you post more pics of it, please? I love an LX hatch!!
I agree with @Boosted92LX , do not diss on your own car like that. You have a clean looking Fox! If you have plans for your car and feel it's not at it's potential yet then just be patient. It takes us all a lot of time and money to mod them and make them real custom and sweet. You are ahead of most people because you already have a clean ass black LX hatch!!

Thanks for the kind words, guys. We all know a car is never finished! I have a pile of parts waiting to be installed. Then maybe H/C/I over the winter, too. I absolutely love the car, I just have to resist the urge to bite off projects that are too big and lay the car up for too long.

Please keep living by this motto and you'll be happy with your car. If you go too big you risk not having enough money and/or energy to finish it and then you'll wish you never even started tinkering with it. I've made this mistake before. Take small bites, you'll get there.

Thanks! My boy loves them too. He would rather drive his LX than anything else we own. About halfway through the project on his car I kind of asked him how he would feel about owning my calypso car instead of finishing the blue one. His reply- NO WAY. He loves his car!

Got any plans for it?

I have a mildy built engine I want to put in sometime in the next month or so. Low mile 93 stock block, tfs stage 1 cam, 1.6 Ford racing roller rockers, TFS 170 heads and Trick Flow street burner intake. All of which I bought on Stangnet except for the block lol. Hopefully add some boost next year or maybe in the fall I dunno lol.

First thing to do is shore up the swiss cheese suspension with some subframe connectors.

Same damn cloud on mine too and a basketball hoop ...hahaha, nice black hatch mattyv .
Mustang show at the local ford dealer. Some pretty sweet cars. And then there was mine haha. Great time though. Also my roof isn't messed up, it's a cloud reflection.
