I am working on a 2000 mazda protege with a 1.8 motor. Car doesnt start, its getting fuel to the motor and the injectors are pulsing fine. When i crank i am getting one initial spark from the plugs then no more spark. Ive check coil, crank, and cam sensors all good, and ohm out good. Ive checked...

everytimg i hit a bump i am getting a clanging noise from the driver side wheel area. It almost sounds like metel chains. no noise on parkway only when hit a bump.. i went under there with a rubber mallet and started taping away i cant find it. any idea of where it could be from?

My 03 gt has been acting weird at wot. Between like 4500 and 5300 I feel power loss. It almost feels like clutch is slipping but I no its not. Clutch is new and Rpms drop with power. -Could it be the svt fuel pump giving motor to much fuel causing a slight bog? I don't no what could be causing...

Painting engine bay this week while the motors out in my 1992. The car is dark green. I want to paint the bay flat black or semi gloss. How do you guys feel about that? Or do you think engine bay should match color of paint on car?

anybody have any issues after the svt focus pump install. I put on in my 4.6 2v.. i feel power loss between 3000 and 4500 rpm. i dunno if it is getting to much fuel or what. anybody have any issues?

in second gear at wot from like 3000 rpm to 4600 rpm the power drops out on the car.. i cant see the clutch slipping its a 6 month old spec 2. any ideas?

so i took my blown transmission out and put a rebuilt transmission in today.. i put a spec 2 clutch in which i love. But.... Every gear shifts butttter smooth, but in third and 5th gear, mostly 5th it sounds like theres like air passing through noise.. u can only hear it with the windows shut...

Are we suppose to have the clutches balanced to the flywheel on our cars?... or just a new clutch and a fresh cut on the flywheel?

I have my transmission clutch and flywheel all out, i thiks its a good idea to change the rear main seal while i have access... how do i do it? lol is it easy?

I have a factory clutch with 70,000 Miles on it, when i shift second the back tires spin, my question is my new spec stage 2 is suppose to bite really hard. Will that cause my tires to spin easier,same, more or less?
