just got done installing a new driverside head.. as car sits it runs fine,but when you drive it it feels off,, when you accelerate it sounds weird thru exhaust and has a lack of power.. i drove for 100 miles and no cel to work with.... car did sit for 3 months with empty fuel tank...

just ordered parts to fix cobra ford racing head,gasket,10 bolts=1400.00 what makes me mad is this problem is fords fault..they cant get it right im on my 3rd head now,, you would think they would offer help to at least original owners on cost,,, being the only place i could find...

helping a fellow on stangnet with pats problem,,,here is quick story.. someone tried to steal the car...wires were pulled out of steering column.. car was taking to ford.... ford finds 4 codes.and says that this car is a 1998 and we dont work on cars that old ...something about cant get...

My 03 came with pbr pads.they are costly but ive found them very good.i have tryed motorcraft and wagner .they ok till high speed stops.when street racing they suck.the other problem is the round clips keep breaking loose and caliper has hit rim once.the ring holds everything tight .pbr ring...

My 03 is low on boost.i have installed a new bypass solenoid and new vaccum harness.the boost will only go up to the t in boost,it does respond when you hit it and i hear whine.UM mentioned adjusting the actuator.other than this piece can a blower wear out inside?

Pulling engine again because of machine shop mistake on forgetting to tighten cam gears.all of the valves have hit pistons .has anyone heard if these engines can handle it on bottom end?

Pulled engine remove both heads and send them to machine shop.i sent the heads with cams. Re installed car ran about 500miles than cam gear on pass. Side broke .fix on side of the road via parking lot. Drive home 60miles next morning drive car bang now otherside broke.didnt think i had to touch...

Got 03 running again?well for now.when replacing the cam broken we found a crack on the chain tensioner , slap it back together . It started and no valve tap.for now .drive home was 60 miles

What contols injectors ?pcm?also can a pcm be checked to see if bad before replacing?

Car starts but wont run.when you give it gas no responce at all.um talk to me.we dont have a pressure gage handy.we pushed on srader valve while cranking,fuel only shot up like 5 inches.if pump is good whats next
