Expired Eagle Forged Rods For 302

A couple years ago I picked these up on ebay, they are new stock 5.090 length forged rods for a 302. I changed my mind about what I'm going to do with the motor so I want to sell them now. On the side of each rod "SCR 5090 FB" is lightly stamped. Asking $100 + 12.65 shipping. That is fair IMO...

    Borgeson Power Steering Alternatives

I have the Borgeson kit on my '67 and I love it. Its the next best thing to rack and pinion. My original power steering leaked constantly and didn't work nearly as good as the Borgeson system does.

    Manual Fuel Pump Vs Electric

I believe an electric fuel pump would solve your problem, it will also supply a more consistent fuel pressure. If you do decide to go that route here's what I would suggest Rotary Vane Fuel Pump Pressure Regulator A rotary vane fuel pump is a much better pump than the cheap thumper pumps, you...

Electrical 67 Mustang Won't Turn Off

Electrical 67 Mustang Won't Turn Off

Ended up being the starter solenoid, the I side of the solenoid was hot all the time. I thought I ruled that out when I replaced it a week ago. I didn't need to remove the gauge cluster, a/c duct work, and a good portion of the wiring harness :dammit: . Now to put it all back together :bang:

Lower Control Arms On A 68

I used my originals but I sandblasted them, welded 1/8 inch steel plat on the bottom of the control arm for extra strength, painted them with por 15, and replaced the bushings with red polyurethane bushings from energy suspension. Of course I replaced the ball joint. If you were to just replace...

    Starting From Scratch: 302 Build

My goal for the motor is a street motor, it will probably go to the track 1 time. As far as Hp I'm not sure, that will be determined once the motor is built and put on the dyno. Yes I'm going to dyno the motor just to see what it puts out.

    Electric Fan

Thanks for the information guys. My core is exactly 20" wide so I'm thinking that I'm going to get a Taurus fan. As of right now I have a stock 65 amp alternator, once I get the fan installed I'll see if I need to upgrade or not. I'm guessing that I will but I'm not going to upgrade if I don't...

    Electric Fan

As of right now I have a 6 blade fan with a fan shroud, no fan clutch. I'm tired of trying different ways to solve the problem with a mechanical fan, nothing works. I would rather get rid of the mechanical fan completely and just run an electric fan.
