I did pull it up and the pushed to the floor. It came up about a half inch or so. I didn't here any click sounds though

I hope the fork is just fine. I'm not very informed in the clutch and transmission area. But I thought the shift fork was internal, inside the granny. Did you mean clutch fork. Cause I thought the clutch fork would be accessible without dropping the trans. Once again I am naive on this subject...
