Matt, I wrote you back about the PM. The headlights weren't the best quality, but they never got any condensation in them. The weather stripping on mine is starting to crack and I need to clean them up with a good wet sanding. Probably won't because I'm selling the car soon. Hope this helps...

You have the same mods except for the shifter. The extra weight is hurting you probably just enough to give him the edge. The only other differences could be he has a better tune. Could also be because 99-2000 GTs have slightly different engines than 01-04s. They were the same spec wise, but...

You have a 248A package like previously thought. I had a 97 that was stripped except for AC. It has base seats, manual windows, locks, etc. I had mine weighed once and with almost no gas in it, the total came to 3187lbs I believe. It is a bit lighter than the more heavily optioned cars, but...

accufab is very inconsistent on finish. When I worked at MT about half of the TB/Plenums were this way, the other half were better. I'd say throw it on the car, because waiting sucks.

In the sig. C-springs with rear isolators removed.

The 284A's and GTS could be ordered with some options like A/C, rear defroster, wing. If it has fog lights then a previous owner installed them.

That is a 248A (GTS). That is a pretty rare car. Manual windows and locks, v6 seats, basically like the old stripper LX 5.0s. A little bit faster than regular GT's because of less weight but not as fast as the PI GT's. That looks exactly like my 97, same color and interior. Makes me miss...

The front sits about 2 inches lower in the front. Unfortunately, it isn't as easy as cranking torsion bars. Its a few hundred bucks in parts and a few hours worth of work to level it but it isn't bad. I'm trying to resist modding this but I have a feeling I'm going to lose.

I have the mustangtuning ones and they haven't fogged up on me yet. I've had them on my car almost a year and drive it everyday. I haven't even sealed them up or anything.
