I dont believe there is anything we can do about it. every oil change i check mine for fuel in the lines and in the old oil.

if you have o/r exaust it may just be unburned fuel igniting in the exaust. when you shift or let off the gas is when this may happen. car could also be runing rich. my GT did the same thing after O/R xpipe went on.

it welds together.

i think in the IRS it just uses a bearing in the rear not a while hub assy. the bearing comes apart from the hub and can be changed.

did you buy a cheap sensor or did you get one from ford?

Does the car run at all with it pluged in? does the same thing with the new one as it did with the old one?

are they 16-7 or 16-8? my suggestion is get some used GT wheels because you cant so much with 16s.

magnaflows sound like crap, get the flows, but it still comes down to personal preference, to each his own.
