Check this idiot out...& why I just dunno.

Was that a burn out at a gas station??? Real smart move there. He also seems to have a major identity crisis.

is there anyone inupstate NY area??

Seems like it's due time to organize a meet. Either a cruse night or a meeting at NYIRP. I'm not sure what's better for everyone here. Let's get something going for this summer though. I make a usual showing at NYIRP every Wednesday night for the bracket races. Look for the slow sliver V6...

    2000 Ready For Mods

Having a 2000 stang I would stick to just the crank pulley. There's no need to go crazy on all your other accesories if you plan to get a supercharger down the road. Once you do upgrade to your supercharger you'll have to sell your underdrive pulley and put the stock pulley back on. A UD pulley...

    Chrome VS Black Bullits

I am about to chage your world as you know it...Behold the deep dish. Best of both worlds and I've seen these on a green stang. Let me say Oh My God it looks aggressive. Super hot.

    2000 Ready For Mods

WELCOME TO THE FORMS!!!!!!! A chip for our cars isn’t needed until you do a mod that warrants the need for a chip. Mods such as gear swaps, change tire/rim size, cam intake heads change, supercharger/turbo...ect. There's no gain if you get a chip now. They don't add much horsepower on their...

    removing shift knob

If the elder modle stangs are like the new ones such as my 2002 then there will be an allen screw holding the shifter on. On my 2002 it was located on the front side, twards the dash. After you unscrew this you should be able to pull the knob off with a twisting motion.

Cant get new harmonic dampner on HELP

Thanks mr woodster. I went down to auto zone and they rent the installer out for a small deposit fee. All I had to do was ask for the right thing. Before they were all looking at me like I was crazy. Maybe they though I was trying to take the entire crank shaft out??? LOL But in any event I...

Cant get new harmonic dampner on HELP

What did everyone use to stop the dampner from turning while you were installing it? I have an automatic transmission so putting the car into gear dosn't work. I'm open to sugestions on this part of the install. I've got a longer bolt and a torque wrench...just need a way to stop the dampner...

Cant get new harmonic dampner on HELP

I got a new ASP underdrive pully for my 2002 automatic. I used a pully puller to get the stock balancer off but now I can't get the new harmonic dampner back on. What is happening is when I turn the bolt to tighten down the dampner the whole assembly is spinning. The dampner dosn't go on and...

How bad is spraying off the line?

I would also worry about our 7.5" axles getting snapped. But as I think about it you may not have to worry about breaking your rear end until your making over 300hp. Remember that when you spray your making a tremendous amount of torque all at once. That torque has to go through your drive train...

    Snow Handling

Everyone loves pictures....And in this one there's just a little snow. I was able to handle this easily...it's when the snow gets to be three times this much that you start to have issues plowing through it. That's when it's shovel time. I wish I had taken pictures of our drive when the drifts...

    Snow Handling

"I saw about 20 SUV's off the road this winter on my 5 mile drive to school" I can back up that statement as well. SUV drivers thing their invincible with their four wheel drive and big tires. I got news form them....I like driving my mustang in the snow over my fathers bronco. My stang seems...

    Snow Handling

I live near Rochester, NY and drove my stang last winter. All I can say is don’t' drive like an idiot. If you take your time and go slow you will be fine on the roads. The only trouble I had on the roads were getting going on icy intersections. You just have to feather the gas until you get...

    Where to get gauges installed

Mine were also the reverse glow gadges. I think you can do it on your own with some patience. Take your time and don't stress bending the needles too far and it will go on.

    Where to get gauges installed

As long as it came with the power inverter (little black box with a switch and a knob) you've got all the parts you need. I was able to get mine on with out removing the needles. If you bend the white face gadge just right and line up the needles with the holes you should be able to slide it on...

    Installed Cold Air Intake, now...

I've got to agree with DcDisturbed947 I like the sound as well and with GT takeoffs I can hear the exhaust also. To me hearing your car is part of driving it. If it dosn't make any noise then you might as well be driving your grand daddy's buick.
