unplug the sensor near the left side of the distributor while the car is running. Doing this will turn the fan on no matter to high speed sensor is usually installed in that hole

How did you confirm the fan is broke? I just brought a fan from latemodelrestro. Received it today and its going back. Paid $170 for it and i found it way cheaper plus i dont need it anymore. My fan is not broke.

Car seems to running @ 210-215ish now max in 85 degree weather with the a/c on forever. Doesn't climb like it did. So im happy. I just installed a new air deflector to replace the missing one.

I eliminated the stock gauge for a mechanic gauge so i get the real temp. 2 different part store ones. Problem remains.

I only use 1 coat because of the polished lip. No way really to apply a bunch of coats without screwing up the lip edge when you remove the tape when you make a lip.

That blows. When i replaced my cracked intake with a dorman i felt no difference. Reason? It was a stock nonpi 97 GT :) Only reason anyone should get the dorman is if its a DD nonpi they only use to get from A to B with no playing.

With the dorman make sure your using ONLY The oring to seal it. You dont need a gasket when using the dorman intake. I had no problems with a dorman on nonpi.
