Build Thread My First Notch Build Thread - Remember me?!

**Update** So last week I brought the cam to CamMotion. They said that the scarring was a little too deep to just polish it out but they said it could be regrinded to give all the lobes a fresh flat surface. They assured me that the specs won't change at all. So I let them do that. While I was...

I don't use Royal Purple. I have no idea why the oil looks that color. I wasn't even using synthetic oil. I was using regular Valvoline 10W-40. I figured I was good because I changed the oil so often. I changed it maybe every 1000 miles or after about 4 or 5 fun nights with my buddies running...

That's why I'm bringing it back to CamMotion. I'm getting them to check to see if the scarring affected the specs. If not, they should be able to polish it smooth again.

I'm all for gun ownership. It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. I have the same moto for a bunch of horsepower.:D:cool:

PiMPxs vs MS3 (Pro?) vs PNP MS2

I bought the PIMPxs this past fall. I also bought the engine harness that's customized to the PIMPxs, wide band O2 kit(Spartan I think), and A/F gauge. The grand total came to about $1600. I haven't installed it all on the car yet tho.

Mike that would be just your average T-n-T night with the fellas. That what me and my buddies do. Or a private track rental....which is expensive if you don't have enough guys.

Update: So last week I was getting the car ready for Cruisin the Coast. I hadn't adjusted the rear suspension back to where it needed to be since I put the solid motor mounts on. I just had to put the lower control arms bck to stock length and set my pinion angle. All of that stuff was all out...

Well I know I won't have a turbo by next year so the only difference would be that the car would be tuned better. And I don't think you'd get under my skin enough for me to want to hit you. I'm a firefighter so my skin is thicker than leather. I'd just want a rematch. And yes we would...
