Those are overlays from speedhut. Those wires coming out of it plug into a speedhut “switch/inverter” which then taps into the lights in your car, 12v source, and ground. I believe you will need to get the switch/inverter. The switch/inverter controls the color, green /blue, that’s what mine is...

A little late to the party but…. your issue is the pinion snubber. I went threw the same thing years ago. Once I figured it out, I ordered a maximum motor sports snubber, and the bottoming out issue went away. That’s not saying you don’t have other issues, but what you described from coming...

Sounds like a bad bearing on a idler pulley. Got a pic of the pulley. In the past I just replaced the bearing. Pretty simple.

That’s really cool that our gen has recognition , even if it’s because of the scoop. I know for me it was part of the reason I liked this gen. That along with the side lines. A true modern, yet classic look that isn’t overly retro.

Either do a better gear, or save, and do a blower. A better gear swap is probably the cheapest bang for the buck. I have 4.10’s , and could not imagine having anything under it for gear ratio! If anything, and mine being cammed, I have tossed the idea of going 4.30’s for years myself lol!

Hope no one bought their mustangs for future gains. The only way is to enjoy them no matter what type of mustang one has. Spend your money to enjoy it, creating a bond with it. Its also a sense of purpose to living for yourself. Go out there, and it enjoy the damn thing. LOL!

Same here. Been a member since ‘04. Still poke my head once in a while. Still have my ‘03 GT that I got new as well. Here’s a couple of pics. Know swapped to clear marker headlights. Lots of stuff done to it over the years. Especially overhauling suspension stuff from what it use to be.

That manifold stud should not touch anywhere under there. You should have more then enough room to be able to get a socket on there. I’ve swapped out my mid pipe on my ‘03 enough... more then I would like to count due to e testing every other year, thank God that’s over now lol!! Anyways, what...

It use to be easy, and she was very supportive, but now, it's getting hard too..... especially since we have 3 kids. But i do manage to get my time in.... I have too, it's theorapy in some ways, and an escape from the outside world's daily b.s.
