17x10 Rear -20mm Offset/6.29 Bs - Will It Fit?

I've been doing some research but can't get a definite answer with all of these different opinions from people. I'm currently rebuilding my 89 lx and am now looking into some new wheels. I've got my eyes on the XXR 568's in 17x10 rear and 17x9 front. The rear is 20mm offset, 6.29 back spacing. Will this fit with the quad shocks removed and a 03 cobra IRS? I have a feeling my IRS may make it difficult.

I think it will fit fine with the IRS. Usually people go with 6.5" BS, but the IRS could change that.
