I believe the car is a 1964 1/2. It was purchased new by my gfs great aunt. They are looking to sell. I am thinking about picking it up for a project and want to have a fair deal for both parties involved. Here are some pics of the vin tag and the car. Any input would be great.

I believe it is a 65 due to the C engine code ,the code for a 64 1/2 would be F or D ,if it was a 64 1/2 the easiest way to tell is by the large louvers in front of the battery on the radiator support .Only a 64 1/2 will have them . It does have a 64 1/2 hood ,by the unfolded lip at the headlight bucket .I have seen 65s with the 64 1/2 hood and headlight buckets ,Probably ford using up parts .As for price ,you will need to inspect it well .See what needs replacing .It appears to be a good start and it looks complete .$2500 - $3000 would not be unfair if it is in fair condition .
