just bought 1973 convertible nice paint and body good but had engine taken out to be overhauled and got a good look at the inner fender aprons and frame they are completely junk... kind a wondering what the labor hours and cost are to replace both aprons, frames and core support? $3,000.00 to $5,000.00 would that cover it to have it done...

I can't answer your question, but I can raise more questions. You have contradictory statements: "body good" and "inner fender aprons and frame are completely junk". I'd suggest you do a very thorough structural inspection before spending any more money: Torq boxes, rocker panel, floors, wheel wells, cowl, tail light panel, trunk lid seal area ... You could have a nicely painted death trap.
