I have been planning on putting in a new camshaft for my 03 v6 stang, but it has 121,000 miles. For a high mileage engine should I replace the valve springs, rollers, seals or pushrods?

Is there an appreciable gain in hp from a cam swap? What kind of custom tuning will be necessary to maximize the gains?

If you are replacing valve train components, now is a good time to freshen everything up.

Well the cam i'm getting is from supersixmotorsports, its 218/226 i believe, and it says you need to replace the valve springs and get a computer tune done. Plus they have a kit with roller rocker arms, studs, adjuster nuts, guideplates and shims, and pushrods are separate but I pretty much figured it out lol. The hp gain isn't that great, I think the cam itself might be like 10-20hp something like that, but I really am looking for that great exhaust.
