Have a chance of purchase: 2007 mustang gt deluxe with shelby package. Black with silver stripes, automatic, three (3)
owner car, very good condition.

The vehicle is owned by an individual and not a dealer.

If you folks would, what is a fair price to offer to the seller?

I didn't find much for prices on the web, lots of links for the GT500 but not much for the GT with the Shelby package. This link has a chart that shows the value for 78 of those models. Looks like the cheapest was $10 450 and the most recent was $23 000.
