68 Gt J Code Questions

[68GT2+2]

I am new to StangNet and need some help.

I just purchased a 1968 Fastback and looking for some answers to a few questions I have. The car is supposed to be a GT model but it has drum brakes in front and back and no power steering. I have a Marti Report for the VIN (8T02J......) that says it is a GT. Could it have been ordered without PS and PB? If anyone can help me with any info I would appreciate it greatly.

Gts could be purchased with out disk brakes,power steering ,or deluxe interior starting in 67 .They could even be purchased with a 2V motor .

I have a real 1968 GT J code. It had manual drum brakes and power steering. It did come with a 9" rear end.
