98 cobra 4.6 351 carb swap

Ok I have a 98 cobra with the 4 valve 4.6 obviously with 42k miles and I got a bad tune and it fried my aol2 pcm and I don't have love for the mod motor this year.so instead of having more tuning issues I want to either do a 5.0 or 351 .my questions are what do I need to do to swap it out I still want my manual transmission. And I'm in a emissions free county and I want it to be carburated.any help would be great
