At 15K for a 428CJ car, I didn't think he was too far off....until I saw that $15,000 was only the opening bid and his reserve was 25K. Not when it needs another $15,000 worth of work to get it back into sorts.

But all the busted parts are numbers matching. Of course it won't be numbers matching once you get usable parts on it.
