When I was about 12 we got a twin engine foam and plastic job from Sams Club (pre-WalMart). When we crashed that plane I took one of those giant chip assortment boxes and mounted the motors to the back of it and had a fairly fast "boat" lol. Sincr it was pretty much pre sealed in plastic wrap it worked out great. I put the cat in it one time and took her to the middle of the pool. That was fairly entertaining.

That appears to be a CMP kit, is that right? My zero runs on a Magnum 90 4 Stroke and it's about 7lbs. Not nearly as big as that behemoth. My carrying capacity is limited by the mustang. I can fold down the rears but the wings on my large ones still come into the front seat area and end up past the e-brake handle. Gorgeous plane.

no, that was the world models ARF, it was a great flying plane, and the 1.60 powered it great, but it could have used a bigger engine, because it had 2lbs on lead on the front to get the CG right.......
