Anyone have info about the Lancer

There is a Mitsubishi Lancer outside my place. It has a bodykit on it and some black rims, black hood etc.. Looks pretty fast even when it is sitting still. But I am wondering is it all show or does this car have some go! Obviousy I do not know what perfomance mods he has, but from the factory what does this car have to offer?
