Just got back my 01 gt from getting a manual swap done and I am having idling problems.
On a cold start, the engine will start and rev up to 2000rpm by itself and die as the rpm's drop unless i add a little bit of gas. After doing this just once, the car won't die but will proceed to rev up to 1000rpm (It cycles after around every 20 seconds). As far as everything else goes, no issues just having this idling problem.
I figure that it could be that I just need a tune but wanted to get some input on it before having to spend $300-400 on a tuner.
Also Yes, I did swap everything including the ECU.

Any help appreciated guys, opened an account here to hopefully get some opinions from others that have done these swaps before.

Was it a used ecu or a new one? May just need the computer flashed. Been thinking of doing same swap and have heard rumors that you can have ford flash the auto computer to work. I would check and start there first. Being as it started after the swap I would lean more that way then thinking of a censor.
