Back Light Issue

It seems that my 04 GT has a bit of an issue with the back lights. Even when i turn the car off completely, with the light nob completely pushed in. The back lights stay on, the middle and outer bulbs stay lit. Only when I turn the GT on and put the four ways on and off is when it turns off. Anyone know whats going on?​
