Engine Bad Coil Pack?

While trying to figure out why my 2003 V6 Mustang won't start anymore, I discovered that the coil pack was pulling 1.3 ohms on 2 out of 3 coils. The manual says the range is .3-1.0 ohms. Not sure if that is significant enough resistance to prevent ignition. The plugs will still spark, and the engine spins but I have no fire. Not even with ether.

Thoughts?

Update: Now it starts. No clue what was causing it. I was trouble-shooting to make sure it wasn't a problem of fuel, and unplugged the fuel pump back at the gas tank, confirmed voltage when the key was turned. Then I pushed the pin on the valve stem up by the fuel lines to let of the pressure. Then it cranked. Damned if I know the cause. No codes on the engine either when I plugged in my reader. Real head scratcher for sure.
