What range of rod and main bearing clearance do I want, on a HCI 5.0 with 10psi of Vortech

The stock clearances will work fine in that application.

For reference:
main bearing
allowable 0.0004 to 0.0026 in (I prefer .0015 as a target)

connecting rod journal
allowable 0.0008 to 0.0026 in (I prefer .0015 as a target)

It is the ring end gaps I would be concerned about with forced induction. The extra air and fuel can create extra heat, then the rings can expand enough to hit the ends and seize in the bore. That will break your piston. But how much bigger the gap needs to be, I can not tell you.

per Federal Mogul,-- 6 thousands per every inch of bore, so for a 5.0 24-26 thousands

I just used stock clevites with moly rings in my application. Should work fine for my build as should yours
