I currently have the explorer intake setup on the car with gt40 p heads. Would the blue oval procomp edlebrock rpm copy intake be an improvement worthy of its $350 cost? If so how much should I expect?

If your gt40p heads are untouched (not ported) the explorer intake flows more than enough for those heads. If they have been ported, you can send the lower to Tmoss to get it ported. I would rather have that factory Ford intake than the Chinese Pro-comp. If you don't mind taking it apart and getting rid of the casting flash, then Pro-Comps are okay.
