Book On 03 Mach 1 4.6l V8 Engine Rebuild

Hi, I want to rebuild my engine myself because I think it will be fun and I want to read up on it. I have an 03 Mach 1 and it has 180,000 miles on it I just had the trany rebuilt and wanted to restore the engine. I dont have any modifications on the engine and need a book to learn how rebuild the engine the way it should be done if I went to a shop. Thanks!
