Brake Suggestions For 8.8 Rear End

Have a 65 mustang with 8.8 inch rear end out of an f150. (Any way to tell?, Guy who did the swap is long gone) I want to swap to disk brakes for the rear but the kits I see say 8" or 9" then have the little disclaimer on the bottom stating that their kits will not work with truck axles.
Possibly ford explore disk brakes??
Anybody recommend something or point me in the right direction. Thanks!

Are you sure it is a F150 ? that would be awfully wide

Thats what i was told when I bought the project.Ls1 mated to t56...Guy I got the car from gave me an old note with what was done but he has no clue, Guy who did the swap is no longer around
