So after time, money, family, and slow order constraints, I finally started working on my brakes. I pulled the driver side front tire off, all subsequent parts and removed the brake rotor and along came the hub and lugs too. With a well stocked supply (Sams Club) of WD40 I proceeded to spray and pray and beat the crap out of the lugs with a rubber mallet. Then moved up to the lug nut on the end and 20 oz ball pein hammer, still nothing. So I gave up and decided it's probably for the best to order new hubs and lug studs. Now what's the best way to install studs with it off of the car?

If you are talking disks? The rotors are held on by the pressed in lug studs and it removes in a unit by removing the spindle nut .Most drums are the same ,except the rear .The new studs will need to be pressed in .I have knocked them in with a drift and hammer ,but , you need to make sure they are fully seated and straight .
