Can you give me some tips about shifting the mustang?

I had a 2012 GT and now a 2014 GT and the MT82 is adequate but was a bit notchy....I installed a SR Performance Shifter Bracket from American Muscle and it made all the difference...And wait until you see the stock bracket!! Amazing that Ford would use something so cheap on such a great car...I mean, it uses wire ties??...WTF!! The SR Performance piece is a great upgrade for less than $50 and about 30 minutes...

I suggest you learn to shift properly, focusing on shifting as smoothly as an auto does. Once you are at a stage where you can shift from 1 to 4 and the passenger cannot feel the shift points, you are ready for heel and toeing. This is where the fun starts

drive it and get a feel for it, I bought mine in a manual and its my first. only took me 2 days to figure it out without anyone showing me how to drive it. although I have also driven fast cares before I kinda know how to feel out a car, but congrats and love the red it was my old vets color!!
