Paint and Body Converting Base Gt To Perf Pack Front Splitter

Has anyone upgraded there base 2015-2016 Mustang GT to the performance pack front wind splitter? I' m not clear if the part is integrated into the lower bumper or it's bolted on. I've called a local Ford Dealer and they're not sure either. Any information will be appreciated!

Finally found the part # and local internet dealer.

I already had mine installed on base Mustang but it's just bolted on. If I had a choice though I'd probably get one of the more aggressive aftermarket splitters.
