Drivetrain Coyote to fox body

I was thinking of a coyote swap into a fox body. I can't see why this wouldn't be possible but,
Can you use a cable operated clutch setup in the swap. I mean everything attaches to the firewall and bell housing so I wouldn't see why not.
I hate hydraulic clutches

Yea it looks pretty legit.

I want to do this, but am hesitant since I'm not a 'true' mechanic. Def need a guide to do this swap
