Electrical Power Drain

I have an 08 Mustang GT and somewhere I have an electrical drain. I have installed an Optima Yellow Top battery and still after a few days, I have to jump the car to get it started.

I am wondering... when I pull the car into the garage and shut it off I leave the key in the ignition... I don't pull it out.... could that be the problem? Does anyone have any ideas?

How many years have you owned the car? Is leaving the key in a new habit? If you've been doing it for years then no. Does the vehicle have an add on alarm, most cases of power draws that take couple days an alarm is the culprit

I don't think that leaving the key in the ignition is a good idea when the car is parked even in the garage.
