Help; Advancing Intake Cams 03 Cobra

Hi I've recently installed 98 cobra intake cams in my 03 cobra. Well, I was wanting some information on how to advance the intake cams 4 degrees for more low end torque and hp. They are installed on stock timing marks and no difference. I know my way around a modular motor, just wanted to see if anyone had some pointers or tips or how too's on advancing the intake cams!

I have a X4 tuner as well if anyone could tell me how to advance it with the hand held would be awesome!
