Help! Radio And Wiper Blades Not Working After Engine Swap

I just put a new engine in my car (03) my car is a 2002. The radio was working right before we pulled the engine as I was messing around with it before. I'm thinking it's a ground but I don't know where to check. All fuses are good, none are blown. Apparently the radio and wiper blades are connected through the same wires or something somewhere another form said. Please help so I can finally get my car back to 100%
