Help Timing Issue

Hi I'm new to mustangs. I have a 2006 4.0 v6 and here lately when there is a load on the engine there is a bad viberation in the car. I have Dash command for my iPhone and I hooked it up and it's saying 42 degrees advanced timing during cruse 55 mph at 1500 rpm. What would cause this issue? No mods done to the car and it has 115,000 miles on it. I just replaced my spark plugs with motor craft plugs.
